Job Summary:
 
Drive sustained innovation and business growth by supporting Divisional Activity Grid projects through quality execution and speed. This role involves efficiently adapting, validating, and implementing global analytical methods, selectively developing or introducing new analytical technologies, and continuously providing timely support for business initiatives. As part of the Global Technology Center, the position is crucial in driving continuous improvement within analytical processes to support regional and base business objectives.
 
 
 
Responsibilities:

-Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods to subsidiaries and external manufacturers, ensuring accuracy, precision, and repeatability.
-Adapt and implement global analytical methods, as well as develop new regional methods and technologies, in compliance with project requirements.
-Ensure compliance with all Quality, Safety, Regulatory, Environmental Affairs, and Occupational Health & Safety standards.
-Integrate improvement initiatives and corporate sustainability strategies within Implementation & Support processes at the Global Technology Center.
-Identify and execute divisional/regional Funding the Growth (FTG) and simplification programs, maintaining a competitive advantage.
-Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams (e.g., GTC China, India) for successful method transfers, often requiring flexibility in working hours.
-Operate laboratory instrumentation such as gas and liquid chromatographs, automatic titrators, and develop new methodologies as needed.
-Maintain timely and effective support for local business challenges and initiatives.
 
 
Required Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical and Biological Chemist, Nanotechnology, or a related field.
-At least 3 years of experience in laboratory equipment management or laboratory coordination. 
-Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
 
 
Desired Qualifications:

-Master’s degree in a relevant field.
-Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and/or SAP platforms.
-Previous experience with technology transfer or method development between international sites.
-Demonstrated leadership competencies: decision-making, effective communication, networking, and proactivity (experience managing teams is not required, but networking skills are essential).
-Flexibility to collaborate with international teams across different time zones.
