-Managing, developing and coaching employees, including employee appraisals

Commercial Performance

-Responsibility for achieving monthly and annual sales targets including year-on-year sales growth
-Ensuring excellent customer service and alignment of the team with the customer
-Carrying out the morning briefing and shift handovers
-Ensure that we regularly surprise our customers, e.g. by organizing beauty classes in different areas, animating the hub and creating weekend looks
-Updating the visual merchandising and implementing updates and animations
-Ensuring order and cleanliness on the sales floor
-Analyzing the key figures for the respective sales categories and deriving sales activities
-Operations
-Creating the daily staff planning and coordinating employees on the store floor (zoning)
-Carrying out inventories to ensure optimum availability of goods
-Complete merchandise management, from receiving to proper storage, booking out, returns and tester management
-Responsibility for the proper opening and closing of the store, including cash register closing
-Reporting and tracking of maintenance and merchandise issues
-Deputizing for the Store Manager in case of absence
-Responsible for store operating according to Sephora Audit rules
