Sales & Customer Service

-Active support and advice for our customers in the Make Up department and beauty trends on the sales floor
-Living the Sephora Attitude (Welcoming, Knowing, Closing)
-Selling products through in-depth product knowledge and establishing customer relationships at eye level
-Passing on knowledge about products, trends and beauty news

Operations

-Ensuring product presentation in accordance with visual merchandising specifications
-Assortment and merchandise maintenance
-Ensuring that the sales floor is fully stocked and preparing products for sale
-Cleaning the furniture and products on the sales floor
-Warehousing & stocking of goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor
-Support with the conversion/construction of merchandising updates
-Carrying out inventories
-Operating cash register
-Additional tasks related to the daily business

Experience & Technical Skills

-Completed training in the Make Up field (training period: at least 6 months)
-At least 3 years of professional experience in the Make Up department

-Mature experience in retail, consulting and dealing with customers
-Good knowledge of the beauty industry & trends
-Fluent in English or German
