We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Event Sales Manager to join our clients in Las Vegas. They are an immersive nightlife destination combining games, vibrant neon visuals, and a creative cocktail and food program-perfect for group outings and private events.
The Event Sales Manager will lead event sales efforts, manage bookings, and deliver standout guest experiences. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced setting and bring a passion for both sales and events.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and event bookings
* Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and event planners
* Plan and coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, catering, and entertainment
* Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth event execution
* Partner with marketing to promote events through social media, email, and campaigns
* Provide sales reporting and performance analysis to leadership
Qualifications:
* Proven sales experience, ideally in hospitality or events
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
* Comfortable working independently and in fast-paced team environments
* Familiar with event planning processes and CRM tools
