I am currently partnering with a leading global diagnostics company to recruit a Medical Devices / Diagnostics Account Manager for a field-based role in Germany. This is an exciting opportunity for commercially driven professionals with experience in medical technology, diagnostics, or capital equipment sales to join an innovative and rapidly growing business that is making a real impact on global health.
In this field-based role, you'll act as a trusted advisor and commercial partner to healthcare providers-helping them enhance their on-site diagnostic capabilities through tailored solutions from a high-quality product portfolio, including point-of-care devices, laboratory equipment, and consumables.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Management & Solution Sales
Independently manage your sales territory, advising clients on diagnostic workflows, point-of-care solutions, and lab systems, including capital equipment and related consumables.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with technical and sales colleagues to support the full sales cycle for diagnostic platforms, including demonstrations, proposals, and implementation support.

Market & Customer Engagement
Serve as the voice of the customer by communicating their needs and feedback to marketing and product teams; stay informed on competitor activity and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
Fluency in German and professional English (spoken and written) is required.

Prior experience in medical devices, diagnostics, dental, or capital equipment sales; alternatively, strong commercial skills from a healthcare setting.

Willingness to travel within the assigned region (company car provided), with occasional overnight stays and attendance at industry events or trade shows.
